2005 OK County Republican Platform

Oklahoma Republican Women's Club has been in existance since 1920, working hard to elect Republicans to local, state and federal offices. We are a member of the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women (OFRW) and the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW). Our current membership is over 200 women.
        

What We Do

Our club's primary goals are to promote an informed electorate through political education, to increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government through active political participation, to facilitate cooperation among Oklahoma County Republican Women's clubs, to foster loyalty to the Republican party and to promote its ideals, and to work for the election of Republican Candidates.

How To Join

Any registered republican woman can join. Men can join as Associates.

Making a Difference in our Community

The Battered Women's Shelter of Oklahoma City, providing clothes for women

"Suited for Success", providing clothes for women

Yearly Essay Contest in the Oklahoma City middle schools, giving cash prizes to the winners

Habitat for Humanity, working diligently to help provide new homes for limited income families

Elections, donating money as a club, and as individuals, working hard for GOP candidates

"Meet the Candidates" forums, giving members a chance to question those people running for office

Symphony Designers Show House, providing staffing for show homes
